These overnight oats are so easy to put together and make for a healthy and filling breakfast!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen or fresh strawberries
- Dash of cinnamon
- 3/4 cup almond milk (substitute milk of choice)
To make:
- Combine all ingredients in order in a 16 oz glass cup with a lid (I like to use pint canning jars)
- Place in fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours
- Add any additional toppings such as chopped almonds or walnuts just before serving
- Add additional milk if you prefer a looser consistency
Tips:
Make 2-3 jars of oats at a time to prep breakfast for a few days.
Do not leave prepared oats in the fridge longer than 72 hours as oats will become overly mushy.
