
Yield: 1 cup of dry mix will make approximately 4 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 9 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
- TO USE: Mix 1 cup of mix with 3/4 cup of water. Drop batter onto greased pre-heated griddle or pan. Cook until bubbles form around outside of pancake. Flip and continue cooking other side until it is golden brown.
