Homemade Pancake Mix

Yield: 1 cup of dry mix will make approximately 4 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 9 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
  3. TO USE: Mix 1 cup of mix with 3/4 cup of water. Drop batter onto greased pre-heated griddle or pan. Cook until bubbles form around outside of pancake. Flip and continue cooking other side until it is golden brown.
