Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk powder
- 1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place
- TO USE: Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a pan on medium-low heat. Once melted, add 3 1/2 tbsp of mix. Whist together until clumps form. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly whisk in 1 1/2 cups of milk until smooth. Heat on low until it reaches desired thickness.
