Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup homemade beef bouillon mix
- 1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 4 tsp dried chives, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
- TO USE: combine 1 1/2 tbsp of mix with 2 cups of water. Simmer until slightly thickened. 1 typical au jus packet equals 1 1/2 tbsp of this mix.
