Having a selection of pantry staples makes it easier to prepare wholesome meals without the stress of last-minute grocery runs. Here are some of my favorite pantry essentials that support a simple, nourishing way of cooking. Most of these are stable for a while, so I like to shop in bulk and separate out into Mylar bags for easy access when I need a refill. If you are interested in purchasing any of these items, I suggest checking out Azure Standard. They are a natural health food distributer, and have small to large quantities for you to choose from when ordering.
