No Knead Artisan Bread

PREP TIME: 2 hours 15 mins
COOK TIME: 45 mins
1 Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of all purpose or bread flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast (2.25 tsp)
  • 1 1/5 cups hot water

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together, cover, and proof 2 hours.
  2. Dump dough out onto floured parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with flour and shape dough. Score.
  4. Place dough and parchment paper in a Dutch oven. No need to preheat it.
  5. Cover and bake in 450 degree oven for 30 mins.
  6. Remove lid and bake another 15-20 mins until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before slicing
