PREP TIME: 2 hours 15 mins

Ingredients:
- 3 cups of all purpose or bread flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 packet instant yeast (2.25 tsp)
- 1 1/5 cups hot water
Directions:
- Mix ingredients together, cover, and proof 2 hours.
- Dump dough out onto floured parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with flour and shape dough. Score.
- Place dough and parchment paper in a Dutch oven. No need to preheat it.
- Cover and bake in 450 degree oven for 30 mins.
- Remove lid and bake another 15-20 mins until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing
